I was privileged enough to attend Leonard Cohen's Brisbane show on Tuesday, and it was by far one of the most satisfying and emotionally charged performances I have ever seen. I don't think I have ever felt so much respect for one person.
The highlights were definitely the spoken rendition of "1000 Kisses Deep" and the notorious "Famous Blue Raincoat."
On a very different, and slightly screamier note, tomorrow is Crystal Castles. I plan to try and grab Alice Glass' tit, and jump around a lot. If the former is achieved, photos will be posted.
Recently my free time has been taken up by dubbed GI Joe PSA's. Watch:

An ode to St. Jerome
Dearest saint of Laneway fest,
Your shindig yes it was the best,
I have a friend that wore a vest,
Got proper drank, I do not jest.
On the stage or at the bar,
The music it was never far,
Stomach full of beer, lungs full of tar,
Dancing like a superstar.
Four tet four tet four tet four tet break a sweat.
